Our Solutions

• Hot-melt adhesives for edge banding (EVA, PO, PUR) — Clean machining, high heat resistance, and superior bond strength for PVC, ABS, veneer, and solid wood edges.
• PVAc dispersion adhesives — D3 & D4 — Water-based vinyl acetate systems for wood assembly and cold pressing where strong bonding and moisture resistance (EN 204 classes) are required.
• 1K & 2K polyurethane (PUR) for membrane pressing — Reliable adhesion and elasticity for 3D-laminated components and decorative surfaces on MDF.
• Liquid PUR adhesives for door manufacturing — High structural strength and thermal stability suitable for manual and automated lamination processes.
• PUR hot-melt for profile wrapping & flat lamination — Excellent flexibility, high initial tack, and long open time for PVC foils, veneers, CPL/HPL, and decorative films.
• Urea-formaldehyde (UF) powder adhesives — For hot/cold pressing of plywood, MDF, and chipboard panels, providing rigid, heat-resistant bonds.
